As the Program Manager for the Management Information workstream within a large-scale initiative, I successfully managed multiple interrelated projects to establish a single source of truth for enterprise data. Leading a team of vendors and analysts, I led all deliverables in the workstream, guiding the project lifecycle from initiation to completion. I ensured a structured approach by managing stakeholder collaboration, facilitating milestone tracking, and driving continuous alignment with program objectives.

A key focus of my role was overseeing the ongoing maintenance and support of the data warehouse, which integrated data from disparate sources to facilitate real-time, historical, and detailed reporting. Leveraging tools such as Kafka, RT_Socket, and APIs, I ensured seamless data streaming into SQL Server databases while preserving robust data integrity. I conceptualized and developed reports and dashboards, conducted in-depth data analyses to resolve system issues, and provided administration and support for the client’s reporting tools. Additionally, I researched and implemented PowerShell and Python scripts to enable efficient data migration into the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).

My expertise extended to resolving both logical and physical data integration issues, addressing challenges hands-on to ensure data accuracy and system performance. By transitioning the workstream from a waterfall model to a hybrid Agile framework, I enhanced adaptability, fostered collaboration across client and vendor teams, and streamlined iterative progress. Proactively mitigating risks and aligning resources, and by fostering strong partnerships between client and vendor teams, I ensured that all deliverables supported the overarching program’s goals  while supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
